Davide Alemani graduated from the University of Milan, Italy in 2001 with a Masters degree in physics. He continued his career at the Department of Chemistry of the University of Geneva obtaining a PhD in computational science for environmental chemistry in 2007. In 2008, he was granted a scholarship by the Swiss National Foundation in which he spent 12 months at the University of Queensland, Australia, working on a research project (IMMUNOGRID) in computational modeling for the tumor growth and immune systems. He is currently pursuing a post-doctorate in the field of molecular dynamics at the EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland.
